To reinforce this commitment, HGAP-SZ has launched the '2024 Safety Always from Heart' campaign. The campaign began with an opening speech by General Manager Tachibana San, who emphasized that safety underpins our company's growth, safeguards employee well-being, and fulfills our corporate social responsibilities. He highlighted our unwavering dedication to preventing workplace injuries through constant vigilance.
At the beginning of the event, HGAP-SZ General Manager Tachibana san delivered an opening speech:” AT HGAP, safety is the cornerstone of our development, the guarantee of employee well-being, and our responsibility to families and society. In the production process, we adhere to the principle of ‘safety first for everyone, every position, everyday’, and we are committed to prevent any occupational injuries.”
Following the GM's address, function and shift heads and safety specialists took the stage to recite the safety pledge and sign their commitments, demonstrating HGAP-SZ's profound understanding of safety's importance and our firm resolve to maintain a secure working environment for all.
In recognition of outstanding safety practices over the past year, HGAP-SZ conducted the Annual EHS Awards, honoring both teams and individuals who excelled in implementing safety measures. Award recipients shared insights on how they improved safety through actions like enhancing equipment safety, upgrading site safety conditions, and implementing visual management strategies.
Additionally, an online safety knowledge competition was organized as part of the campaign, fostering a fun yet educational approach to strengthening everyone's safety consciousness and promoting safe work practices.
